Sometimes it’s the little things you do that make all the difference in the world, and sometimes we just need a little reminder to get out of autopilot and create a new awareness. I get it, we all have a busy life, so the more we can simplify the wardrobe and personal style issue, the easier it is to meaningfully fit satisfactorily into our lives.
For example, I have done many makeup consultations with women who complain that their lips are sticky and dry, so their lipstick or shine will not look good. One of the things I mentioned is that they can lick their lips and, which are effective over time, actually dry your lips more.
Nine times out of 10 she used to tell me that he is not licking her lips … then, in the next 3 minutes, they have to lick about 20 times. What a liberation (albeit, with small increasing pain, I agree!) To find out that you are a habit you were unaware of. She always laughs in surprise! But, the good news is that this is easily resolved, with little attention to the hoverboard charger for sale.
It is with this intention in mind that I offer you ‘3 Common Beauty Mistakes’. If you find something that is true for you, it will create a new opportunity to pay attention and replace it with a new mindset or action that supports your support. The desire to feel good about how you look (and do it as easily and happily as possible… yay!).
So here they are:
1. Buy by Price Alone: I doubt there is a woman around (at least I don’t know one) who hasn’t done so. For example, you see something on sale and you think, hmm, it was originally 10 times the price or you always wanted something by this designer, or (remember this?) You figure out whether Will you be able to fit it? Soon, or you’ll get the piece to complete the outfit later, or maybe … you used to do something like that and love it … you get the idea.
If you buy the item, it is mainly based on imagination and a desire to get a great deal. While there is certainly nothing wrong with fantasy and great deals, sadly, it is not a great deal if you never wear it! Remember, this is the price per wear and the price you pay is the most important. Keep this front and center in your mind every time you shop.
2. Mind Out of Mind: Have you ever found something in your wardrobe, dresser, or trunk of clothes that you completely forgot about? What a joy it is like shopping in your own wardrobe as if you’ve had the opportunity to wear apparel for months or maybe because you didn’t know you had it (oh … that part isn’t so good is).
This is one of the dilemmas of having too much fabric, too little storage space, or not storing them efficiently (or all 3).
The key here is this: keep as many things in plain sight as possible. Don’t tell anyone but I also hang many of my sweaters (unless they are really so heavy or fragile that it damages them) so I remember I have. And, most of what I do not hang I store on a shelf in my cupboard – directly in plain view.
And, one more tip… if you have tiered hangers for pants or skirts, be careful. As long as you only have one, you know that all your pants or skirts are in one place, they can be a closet nightmare. Most women have no idea what they have and are kept simply because they do not take up too much space or they do not want to feel with a hanger to remove them. And, they encourage you to wear more clothes! With rare exceptions, they are not doing you any favor.

3. Shopping When You’re Crab: Have you ever gone grocery shopping while SO hungry? what happens? Without fail, you either forget to buy the things you need or you buy the things you don’t usually buy because they look attractive in your famous state?
By the way, clothing shopping is such that you usually have more mistakes. I remember once shopping with a woman whom I had bought earlier too, but this time was different. I showed her that she did not like him even without touching his body, or she would put something on and immediately find a reason to dislike him.
We stopped shopping too late to ask her how she felt (I knew it was morning) and she said it was a terrible day. Everything was going wrong. He was late for every appointment. His car was acting funny. You name it, he was walking.
So, I let her sit and breathed for just a minute and then suggested that we reschedule. Her mood was going to keep her from making good choices that she loved and/or if she buys something there is always a “bad day” tied to her. Who needs it?
