Information EZpostings Collects.

When you register within the EZpostings Site we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date and zip code. For certain features on our Site, we may ask for additional information to provide our users with services and features that meet their needs and provide for the experience on our Site to be safer, efficient, and user-friendly. EZpostings only collects personal information about our users that we consider necessary for achieving these purposes. 

Personal information may be collected if you provide it to us directly or if you post it within our Site, such as in classified ads, blogs, forums, etc. Please do not directly post any personal information within our Site that you would like to keep private.

All information posted to our Site is stored in our database. The information is stored even after it has been deleted.  Our web logs and other records are stored indefinitely.

Registered EZpostings users can access and update their profile through the "My Profile" page. Users can also manage their postings through the "View My Postings" page.

Information Sharing.

EZpostings may share user information about users internally and with its affiliates in order to provide services you access or request through the Site.

There may be certain additional circumstances where EZpostings needs to release information. For example, EZpostings may be required to disclose information about its users if required by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes. We may also need to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, suspected fraud, or violations of EZpostings terms and conditions.

Invitations and Other Communications to Non-Members.

If a user wants to refer or recommend a friend to our Site, we ask for the friend's email address. EZpostings will send the friend an email inviting the person to review the information on our Site. We will not sell the email addresses but will store them for the purpose of tracking the referrals within our Site. 

Surveys, Sweepstakes and Promotions.

EZpostings is committed to protecting the privacy of children and we encourage parents to take an active role in their children's online activities and interest. EZpostings' services and Site are not intended for children under the age of 13. EZpostings does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.  If we become aware that personal information regarding an individual under the age of 13 has been stored, we will promptly delete it from our records.

Email Choice/Opt-out.

EZpostings users may select to receive alert notifications for certain types of information within the site based on the selected settings within the "Alert Notifications" section of your profile. Users can also opt-out of receiving those notifications at any point by de-selecting those choices.
